Our 2026 Co-op Program is open across four roles this summer: Communications, Creative Design, Social Media Content, and Talent Acquisition. We’re looking for students and early-career talent who are curious, collaborative, and ready to do meaningful work from day one.

Skillz operates at the center of competitive mobile gaming, an industry that continues to evolve around skill-based play, live experiences, and stronger player engagement. At Skillz, we believe great work happens when people feel supported and challenged in equal measure. Every co-op is paired with a dedicated mentor and has regular one-on-ones with their manager. You’ll be included in team activities, company updates, and the kinds of conversations that give you real context for the work you’re doing.

We operate with a lot of transparency. Co-ops hear directly about where the company is headed, what we’re solving for, and how their team contributes to the bigger picture. That context makes the work more meaningful and the growth faster.
