Bubble Universe takes the classic bubble shooter formula and launches it into space, adding wall bounces, multiplier bubbles, and a basket-based scoring system that rewards precision over random shooting. Here’s everything you need to know to start racking up points.

The Objective

Clear bubbles, trigger chain reactions, catch falling bubbles, and score as many points as possible before time runs out. The best runs come from combining smart shots with well-timed catches, not just popping whatever is closest.

Controls: Swipe, Swap, Shoot

• Swipe: Move your basket left or right to catch falling bubbles.
• Swap: Your launcher holds two bubbles at once, one loaded and one on deck. Tap the swap icon to switch between them so you’re never forced into a weak shot.
• Shoot: Fire bubbles upward to create matches. Bank shots off the side walls to reach clusters a direct shot can’t hit.

Basic Bubbles

The board contains five bubble types, each with its own color and icon. Match your fired bubble with two or more of the same type to pop the group. Popping a cluster can also disconnect other bubbles from the board, and those unsupported bubbles fall, giving you a chance to catch them for extra points.

Multiplier Bubbles

Look for special X2, X3, and X5 bubbles throughout the board. Multiplier bubbles don’t pop on contact. Instead, knock away the bubbles supporting them and catch them as they fall to multiply your basket reward.

High-score rule: don’t just chase the biggest match. Look for the shot that drops the most valuable bubbles.

Master the Basket

Every popped or dropped bubble earns 10 points on its own. Catching a dropped bubble in your basket is where the real points are:

• Standard Bubble: 500 basket points
• X2 Bubble: 1,000 basket points
• X3 Bubble: 1,500 basket points
• X5 Bubble: 2,500 basket points

A strong shot scores three ways: pop, drop, and catch. Reposition your basket quickly after triggering a large drop, since that’s where your biggest scoring opportunities come from.

How Scoring Works

Your final score has three parts:

• Base Score: +10 points for every bubble popped or dropped
• Basket Score: +500 points for each standard bubble caught, more for multipliers
• Boards Cleared: Bonus points for fully clearing a board before time expires

Together, these make up your Total Score.

High-Score Strategies

• Hunt multipliers. Scan for X2, X3, and X5 bubbles before firing. A smaller match that releases a multiplier can outscore a larger match elsewhere.
• Chase the catch. A dropped bubble is only worth 10 base points unless you catch it. After a big shot, shift your focus straight to your basket.
• Use the swap. If your loaded bubble doesn’t set up a useful match, switch to the on-deck bubble instead of forcing a weak shot.
• Master bank shots. Bounce shots off the side walls to reach blocked clusters, remove key supports, and set up bigger drops.
• Trigger chain reactions. Look for clusters holding up multiple sections of the board. One well-placed shot can release several bubbles at once.
• Play for the clear. As time runs down, watch for a chance to finish the board and earn the Boards Cleared bonus.
• Stay controlled. Quick decisions matter, but clean shots beat panic shots every time.

Fair Play

In competitive and multiplayer modes, every player receives the same board, bubbles, and drops, so no one has a structural advantage. Gameplay is monitored to maintain integrity, and skill, not luck or exploits, decides the winner.
